You can only visit the Netherlands Pavilion if you are accredited and registered for the Blue Zone of the COP 17 Biodiversity, where the Netherlands Pavilion is located. For more information to access the Blue Zone. all necessary information can be found on this website. Please follow the instructions under the “Registration” tab. You can only get accreditation through a contracted party or organisation with observer status. Please note that the organisation of the Netherlands Pavilion is unable to assist with registration for COP 17 Biodiversity.

 

This October, COP17 of the Convention on Biological Diversity will take place in Yerevan, Armenia. As the first Biodiversity COP to include a Global Review, the COP will focus on progress, monitoring and implementation. Beside this central theme of the COP, The Netherlands pavilion will also focus on themes such as Biodiversity Finance and the Water-Biodiversity-Food nexus.

Partners for Water is hosting a Netherlands Pavilion

The Netherlands Pavilion at COP17 will host over 60 inspiring presentations, offering participants a diverse array of insights and innovative solutions that span finance, biodiversity, water management, and sustainable development. The full programme of the Netherlands Pavilion will be published soon.

Sessions at the Pavilion will not be recorded or livestreamed, and there are no translation services available.

Organisation

The programming of the theater of the Netherlands pavilion is coordinated by Partners for Water, the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
