Within this toolkit, you’ll find a brief guide on writing articles, a few guidelines for drafting reports, a guide for creating project videos, and the Partners for Water logos. These resources help ensure your communication is consistent and professional. Use the toolkit as a reference throughout the process and as a tool to meet Partners for Water’s standards and expectations.

Project summary

This document is designed to gather essential information about your project. It serves as a basis for public communication, with the summary being published in RVO’s IATI project database. Project teams are prompted to provide concise answers about key aspects of the project, including its start, objectives, team members, challenges, and results. At the end of the project, the project summary must be updated.

How to write an article

This document provides a guide for writing articles and LinkedIn posts, including tips on defining your audience, structure, engaging titles and introductions, and using a personal tone. Practical guidelines on language, length, and visuals are also included.

Video guide

This guide offers practical guidelines and tips for creating a project video. The document assists with the preparation and organisation of all aspects needed for a successful project video. With this guide, you can get started independently and are encouraged to contribute your own input and collaborate with local teams. Where needed, PINO can provide additional support.

Rules for reports

Reports must meet the following requirements:

The cover should clearly display both the Logo of the Government of the Netherlands and the Partners for Water logo, along with the statement: “This project is funded with support from the Dutch government through the Partners for Water programme.”

Additionally, the same text, including both logos, should be included in the report’s colophon.
