Be part of Singapore International Water Week 2026
Held bi-annually, the event welcomes global leaders from business, government and academia to discuss innovative water solutions. Taking place from 15-19 June 2026 at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, SIWW is organised in parallel with the Singapore CleanEnviroSummit.
This year’s event features distinct topics such as water technology and coastal and flood resilience and is a unique opportunity for the Dutch water sector to showcase collaborative and integrated experiences on such projects as coastal and urban resilience to participants from the wider Southeast Asia region.

Water Security Innovations: Balancing Extremes and Ensuring Resilience By 2030
10:30 – 11:40Co-organised by the Netherlands Pavillion
Achieving SDG 6 by 2030 requires more than innovation; it requires acceleration. In this fast-paced and interactive session, Dutch water innovators take the stage to tackle one pressing question: what is holding us back from scaling solutions that ensure clean water and sanitation for all?
Through a dynamic series of short debate rounds, leading organisations from the NL Pavilion will share the biggest barriers they face when scaling impactful solutions and challenge each other to identify practical ways to overcome them. The audience will join the conversation through live polls and questions, helping to surface the most urgent obstacles and the bold ideas needed to move faster.
Expect sharp insights, honest reflections, and a lively exchange between innovators and participants. Together, we’ll explore how collaboration, policy, finance, and technology can help close the SDG 6 gap before 2030.
This session will be moderated by Liliane Geerling, programme coordinator Partners for Water, Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)
